Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of Tessallate (the “Service”), provided by the operator of Tessallate (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you agree for that organization.
The Service
Tessallate is a shared workspace of databases, documents, dashboards, automations and agents. You can work in it directly, and you can connect AI apps (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor or any app that supports the Model Context Protocol) that read and change your workspaces on your instructions.
Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your password and API keys safe. You’re responsible for activity under your account, including by AI apps and keys you connect.
- Workspace owners decide who can access a workspace and what each member can do.
- You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and at least 16.
Your content
You own what you put into Tessallate. You give us permission to host, copy, process and display it only as needed to run the Service for you, including sending it to the AI providers you or your workspace choose to use. We don’t sell your content or use it to train AI models.
AI features
- AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Review important changes; every change can be undone from history, and agents can be set to ask for approval first.
- AI apps you connect act under your account and your access. Their providers’ own terms apply to how they handle what they see.
- Agents, automations and webhooks you set up run on your behalf, including sending email and calling other services you connect.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, send spam or unsolicited outreach, distribute malware, probe or overload our systems, or get around limits or access controls. We may suspend accounts that do.
Plans, payment and cancellation
- Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time; your plan continues to the end of the paid period.
- Plan limits (workspaces, records, members, server agent runs) are shown on the Plan & billing page. Going over a limit never deletes data; you just can’t add more until you upgrade or free some up.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal. Except where required by law, payments aren’t refundable.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, but it’s provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the Service, we’ll give reasonable notice and a way to export your data.
Ending your use
You can stop using the Service and delete your workspaces at any time (export is available from each workspace). We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, and will tell you why where we can.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose (or $100 if you’re on the free plan). Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We’ll post updates here and tell you about material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them.
